Contact us via email or Facebook with your camera model and a description of the issue you are experiencing, or the work you would like carried out (basic restoration, 600 film conversion, Polavolt, SX-70R PCB, leather color, etc.). Please include details about the camera’s current working condition and share photos or videos if necessary.

Ship Your Camera

Carefully package your camera and ship it to the address provided after we get in touch. DHL is preferred, although other shipping services may be used if necessary.

Assessment & Repair

Once your camera is received, it is fully assessed and the final quote is confirmed with you before any work begins. If the camera is non-functional or requires rare or costly replacement parts, additional charges may apply. All costs are discussed transparently and approved in advance.

Return Shipping

After the camera has been fully repaired, tested, and payment has been completed, it is carefully packaged and shipped back to you.
